WTS provides secure remote access to resources on campus via the Internet. This access is currently limited to Western Staff and Faculty members and Non-Western Support entities only.

Upcoming WROAMs Client Changes

We will be replacing our current Remote Access client, Ivanti, with Fortinet.

After thorough evaluation and consideration, we have decided to make this transition to enhance security, improve support and performance, and provide a more user-friendly experience for all users.

The transition to the new client will be taking place September 23rd - September 27th.

Starting September 9th, a freeze period will be in place. Please note that during this period we will not be able to process new WROAMS access requests. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis, however general requests will be processed at the end of the freeze period.
